Icy hot patches

Mallory • My husband and I have been married for almost 7 years . This is our 3rd pregnancy. We had 2 miscarriages within a couple of years of getting married.
My shoulders and neck are really sore. Feels like pulled muscles. Is it safe to use icyhot patches? (I'm almost 21 weeks)
