Any advice?

Hi fellow glow users! I need some advice, particularly from people who have experience with this. Last year I had 2 ectopic (tubal) pregnancies which resulted in the removal of both of my fallopian tubes. I was only 23. So that means, I cannot have children. I need advice on the subject of adoption and IVF/IUI. Having children was the one thing I have always looked forward to and I'm not gonna let this stand in my way of being a mother.
