Acid Reflux in newborn

I think she might have acid reflux. But the symptoms include vommiting and frequently spitting up, not gaining weight and stops breathing for short periods of time. She doesn't do any of that. The only thing she does is get wheezy after she eats. Her breathing sounds strained and sounds phlem-y. Could it be something else or does it sound like acid reflux? She's almost a month old.
