Need some advice
So I noticed on my 4D ultrasound that the umbilical cord is around baby's neck. It didn't look tight at all. It was super long & floating all front of his body. I'm 30 weeks. Is this something I should concerned about? There are lots of forums online that say it's common & it won't effect the baby unless there is a knot or kink in the umbilical cord since that's how he is getting his nutrients & oxygen.
I'm calling my doctor on Monday to discuss this but I can't seem to stop thinking about it. The place I went to isn't a health center so they aren't allowed to diagnose you at all. I mean I asked if he was head down & all he could do was show me where the top of his head is & then let me make that decision. (He is deff head down).
Anyone know if this is normal? Any expirence with the same thing? This is just going to be a long stressful weekend now. Any words of encouragement would help 😕
