Colostrum

Hello ladies. A little TMI question here. So I know it is normal for your nipples to leak colostrum as you get closer to your delivery date. I had some on and off the past few weeks but not much at all. All of a sudden today my boobs have been extremely tender and have been leaking a lot. All clear fluid but it's quite a bit. I have had 2 steroid shots this week because my princess may need to make an early arrival. Could that have anything to do with the sudden increase? Or is this normal? I'm hoping this means that my milk will come in well even if she is born early! First time mom here so all of this is very new to me and I've learned to stay off of google to find info! Thanks!
