What to pack in your hospital bag?

Ok ladies I'm not sure what I need to bring to the hospital for baby boy? Any recommendations? Must haves?

Snacks for my hubby and my mom
Several pairs of full coverage underwear 
Camera
Phone charger
My FMLA paperwork for work
Receiving blankets
Newborn size diapers (hospital uses size 1, so I will take those home and use newborn there)
Makeup
Brush
Going home outfit for me and baby  I have newborn and 0-3 just in case
Car seat
Contacts, solution, and case
Glasses
My own pads to wear home
Nursing pads (doubt I will need so soon)

A coming home outfit!!
Some people bring a change of clothes for their baby so he doesn't have to wear the hospital clothes but we actually didn't change him into anything else until we were going home. This time I'm bringing a soft swaddle blanket...I think they feel nicer than the hospital blankets. 
Some bring their own diapers (if they prefer a differentbrand, our hospital used pampers swaddlers) but if they bring it to the room they've already charged it to the insurance so we took all the extra diapers in the room when we went home.
