can anyone recommend some prenatal vitamins?? there are so many different types and im not sure which would be best...

It's food based and gmo free/organic. No hatful chemicals. I like these better than the gummy ones I took last time. I got extremely sick from my other prenatals and I think it's because of all the unnecessary chemicals. I know they are working because my nails are longer and stronger than ever in my life and this is my  3rd pregnamcy

I love Rainbow light! They do not make me nauseous and they come from good plant based sources and although pregnancy makes you constipated, these do make it worse!
