I am due Jan 15th and I still haven't worked up the nerve to tell my in-laws... My husband and I have our own place and we live an hour away from his parents so they really have no say on our decision. The main reason I am worried is his parents lecture us about how we need to wait to have kids and they bring it up every single time we see them. Also his parents treated his sister like a criminal when she had her son and they are constantly telling her how disappointed they are with her and how she is a failure and they treat her like garbage now. Is it wrong of me to not want to be around when my husband breaks the news?
