Ugh. Pregnant or sick?

Period came early, I got super sick that day...vomiting and diarrhea...period stopped! I'm usually 3 days heavy and 2-3 more light.  This cycle came aprox 3-4 days early, started heavy, then went to light same day.   Lasted light for a few days.  The bug lasted for a day.  Since then, I'm just feeling yucky and get angry so quickly.  My stomache feels disoriented...churning, yucky, yet constipated now.  I took a test a few days after this odd period and its negative.  Think it stopped only due to being sick? I feel like it was too heavy at the beginning for implantation bleeding.  Thanks for your insight and sorry for
