Cleaning without pain??

Any tips on cleaning without feeling like you're dying from back pain..etc afterwards?? Any tips or products to buy to make it easier on the body? Husband won't help so any and all ideas are appreciated!

I told my husband that if he doesn't want to help we have to find the money to hire someone every other week.
