In 19 weeks and got a strong sharp Cramp in lower abdomen after using the bathroom...went away when I laid down. Didn't think too much of it, but it happened again just now after using bathroom again. Is this normal? I'm fairly certain it's not bladder infection,..cramp isn't there when I'm actually going. Could it just be organs moving ans stretching?
