Doing baby shower myself?

Is it weird that im planning my own baby shower? Im one of those creative people that love to plan and set up parties, which includes decorating and even making most the food for it. Am I the only one doing this? =p

No! I'm the same way & no one would be able to do it as good as I could. I'm also a bit of a profectionist! lol!

Some will think it's weird, some won't care. I don't think it matters in the end. I wouldn't host my own but that's because I don't like being the center of attention to begin with and would have been happy to be without one! Haha

Sorry, I think it's tacky to throw your own. Even if it wouldn't have been 100% to your taste if someone else planned it, it's more of a labor of love thing and you're the guest of honor, there to be worshiped and gifted, not being the party planner. If you're being consulted with for your ideas and preferences that's different.
