5 day Challenge
Just started this 5 day Challenge with a group of postpartum women and I feel good. My child will be 5 months on the 12th and let's just say I'm glad there's a workout we can do together. More bonding! However, I have a problem. The last time I started working out and losing weight I got pregnant 😅. Here's to hoping that doesn't happen again. 😓
