PAINFUL period cramps!!! Help
Every month I get this SEVERE period cramps, my feet feels super cold and my legs hurt, dizziness, nausea, and crazy painful cramps that feels like knives cutting through my stomach!! Is that any normal???
Any helpful tips to ease the pain other than hot water bottle, tea, and Advil? 💔😓
