Yeast infection that won't go away!

I've gotten one every month for the past 18 months . It's really frustrating. It started after taking some antibiotics and it's never gone away completely. I've already seen my gyno about 10 time and have been prescribed meds and tried over the counter. Treated my husband as well. It's never ending. I thought it might be my IUD ( it was  removed 6weeks ago) but I got one right after. Any suggestions will help. I may need to go to a different gyno:(
