Should I be concerned if I switch prenatals? I ran out of the ones I had been taking which were 4 a day. Now I'm taking some samples from the doctors office.

Is it okay? Maybe I'm just freaking out.  But today I'm feeling nauseous and I hadn't been. The samples are also one a day.

I switched several times because many types made me nauseous, and my doctor didn't even care which ones I took. For the most part, they seem to have the exact same ingredients. The only real differences I noticed were in fish oil and iron. If the new kind makes you nauseous you could always go back or find a different brand with the same ingredients as the first.
