Pregnancy support belt

Did and of you ladies use a pregnancy support belt? I'm looking into buying one because I have an overhanging belly from my two previous pregnancies. I was just wondering if it helped your belly to tighten up and not be so saggy. I don't wanna spend the money if they aren't worth it though. Thanks for the input. 😊
