Anyone feeling not pregnant?

Question

I'm almost 14 weeks and I'm not feeling pregnant anymore 
Not hungry all the time anymore 
Not tired anymore 
I have lost 4 lbs 
Am I just paranoid?

I've felt like this my entire pregnancy so far. I didn't even have morning sickness in the 1st trimester and when it came to 14 till 16 weeks, it felt like something was wrong the whole time so I bought a doppler to set my mind at ease which helped a lot. Now I use it when she's not kicking just to be sure.

Even through nausea, sore boobs, exhaustion and recently the most crippling backache I've ever experience I have still felt like it's not real. I have bump, but sometimes I can convince myself that it's a weird physical response to believing I am pregnant! :) I've only really believed it at the ultrasounds. Hopefully the little one will start kicking soon, I think that will help a lot!

14 weeks was around the time my morning sickness disappeared one random day and I would get anxious thinking I wasn't pregnant too lol you're fine
