18 weeks and sick

I am 18 weeks in my first pregnancy and have a horrible horrible cough. It gets so bad that sometimes I vomit and when I do I ending up peeing myself or I pee myself while I cough. Is it ok for the baby? I see my OB tomorrow but I feel they won't tell me much.
