Period stopped after an hour - help?

I need a bit of advice. I have pcos n ttc for a year but no luck so far. My periods are irregular and so its usually hard to predict my ovulation date. 

My Last period started on 1st june and lasted for about 12 days( bit strange as it usually lasts for 4-5days). The flow was very heavy too. This month i thought my period started yesterday as bleeding started in the morning. But when i checked after an hour, it stopped completely. Since then no bleeding yesterday and today. At the same time i have cramps on the lower back and leg calf muscle since yesterday.. Can someone please advice what may be going on? Doctor appointment is not available until next week, so bit worried about this.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
