Anyway to stop milk from coming in?

This is my second pregnancy and I've decided I'm not going to breast feed. I didn't have any luck doing it with my first and my experience was sooooo painful I'm actually terrified to try again! I know all the benefits of BF but this is my decision so I'd really appreciate it if everyone could hold their negative comments and save the lectures. I'm just wondering if there's anything I can do when the baby's born to stop the milk from coming in? I also plan on talking to my OB about this at my next apt. Thanks!
