Bleeding in placenta 1cm? (15 weeks) anyone else?

So I just spoke with my doctors office. I have a bleed on my placenta. It is caused just from the natural formation of the baby (can happen at any time to anyone at any weeks along) mine is very tiny (measures 1cm) I am staying out of work till Tuesday (my next dr appt) mainly for peace of mind and to relax and not worry about work. they will decide then if I should get another ultrasound that day or schedule one later. If I bleed again I have to go right in or to woman and infants triage. No heavy lifting or sex or exercise. They bleeds repair themselves on their own at their own rate. What happened was there was a "bleed site" in the placenta and it popped

The baby is ok. It's in its own sac. It's not drinking the blood, the babies fluid is not effected by the blood. The baby's heart rate was 149. (The nurse I spoke with is going to let me listen again today when I come in to drop off my paperwork to reassure me). My cervix is still closed, the baby's fluids lungs umbilical cord ect is still normal. 

Of corse I'm freaking out. Anyone else have a placenta bleed?
