I need help please

I'm 6 weeks postpartum and my bleeding had kinda stopped at 5 weeks pp but I'd still get some clearish brown discharge but yesterday I started bleeding so much more and it looks dark brown, also I feel a lot of pressure and soreness were my clit area is. Does someone know what this is?
