Boob pain = Milk ducts prepping????

Question

Ok so last night and twice today I felt this sharp-burning pain in my left boob/nipple... I googled it and some pregnant women say it's the milk ducts preparing... Is it true?!? I'm 22 weeks, could my breast be preparing this soon??

I am 21+4 and have been getting the same random pains through my boob into my nipple since about 20 weeks.

I've never heard of that nor have I ever experienced it with any of my pregnacies. However if this is your first pregnacy your boobs will be very tender and alot more painful growing. Also I would lie flat down put your arm straight up above your head on the same side of that breast and use your first to fingers and press slightly to feel for any usual bumps.

Yep! I get this pain throughout my pregnancy. My boobs usually feel like they are on fire.
