Which of these vaginal exams is the most invasive?

A fertility doctor is recommending I start with these. The cost will be about $1,200 out of pocket and I am concerned it will be too invasive ( I'm a cry bb for this exams). This will be my first apt with a fertility specialist. Been trying for the past 3 years on and off. His sperm is fine, so now is my turn and I am really nervous. Any tips or advice will be appreciated.

I've had all of them and they were uncomfortable but not to painful. Just pressure and cramping really.

I got that x-Ray called an HSG and it was so painful I passed out. But I was pregnant a month later. So u could imagine it like flushing ur car for blockages. It was intense. But worth it.

Checking your egg reserve is a simple blood draw, also known as AMH levels. They can check your uterus with the HSG too. Mine found a polyp in there during it and scheduled to have it removed soon after. Yes, you will have an ultrasound wand in your vagina for more ultrasounds than you can count. I did four failed UTIs and finally bit the bullet and did ICSI IVF even though I'm such a needle phobe I fainted the first time I had to give myself a trigger shot. For IVF I gave myself about 30 shots. But now, with only one ovary, piss poor egg production, heavy endometriosis that I lost my other ovary to, and poor sperm motility from my partner, I am 10 weeks pregnant. It's hard, but it's worth it for that baby.

I have chronic ovarian cysts every month.  I'm 36 and childless, I think the most invasive procedure I had to do was the dye contrast injection with X-ray.  It was very painful and you are exposed to radiation.  Ultrasounds and pelvic exams are relatively harmless.  Next would be the laporscopic surgery, 6 weeks recovery time, also very painful.   I recently found out that sometimes women don't produce enough CM for sperm to swim to the egg.  Also woman who are get checked frequently with ultrasounds the jelly they use to insert the prob can kill off sperm and the jelly stays in canal for a long time.  A lot of fertility and obgyn clinics are not using sperm friendly lubercation.
