Do baby grow more the longerst they stay in the womb?

In other words, if my baby stay in the womb past her due day and born at 41 weeks it's she's still growing inside the womb?

Babies never stop growing, really.

Are you asking if they grow at a faster rate in the womb vs when they enter the world? If so, I wouldn't imagine that there would be much of a difference between the two at that point (as they are fully developed and formed). The main point for them to stay that long is to be sure they are fully developed  completely (lungs, breathing, swallowing mechanism is down pat and so on) not so much that they "grow" faster.
