There's nothing like a baby shower to make you feel like no one gives a sh*t. 😕 My mother and my MIL threw separate showers. 10 people showed up at my MIL's shower. 25 showed up to my mom's (10 of whom were my parents, siblings, myself, my SO, and my MIL). I don't care about the gifts or anything, I just want to see the people I love before I'm too tired to do so. It's not like they live hours away...
