Shakeology?

Does anyone drink shakeology?  I haven't been able to talk to my doctor yet about it, so I'm wondering if anyone else drinks it during pregnancy?

I follow a girl on Instagram getfitwithashley_ (Ashley Campos) and she drinks them and is 35 weeks preggo I think! Depends what you were doing before you were pregnant and I would just talk to your doctor. I have maintained the same diet throughout my pregnancy, but was lucky enough not to have had morning sickness!

They work great just get a routine down of exercise it does wonders doesn't taste all that great but really works

What exactly is in it? I drink whey protein shakes here and there. Those are fine.
