3rd trimester flu or pregnancy symptoms!?

I'm almost 28 weeks & have been feeling awful lately!! I've had horrible heart burn to the point that I almost vomit because of it. I've also been having a really hard time breathing. It feels like a bad cold, and I get that itchy, congested feeling in my chest. I also feel like there's a pill or something stuck in my throat, even though I haven't taken any! I'm nauseous and have diarrhea. I know some of these things are pregnancy symptoms, but I feel so horrible and am hoping it's a flu that will pass quickly. Any one else have some of this in the 3rd trimester? Did it stick around for the whole thing??

Lots of your symptoms are unfortunately classic third trimester. Your uterus is now pushing against the base of your lungs, causing shortness of breath and your stomach/digestive track is being squeezed and has way less room to digest (heart burn!).  The only thing I have found that helps is eating more fruits and veggies and eating smaller portions more often, and water! I described similar symptoms to my OB and she mentioned sometimes vomiting returns due to the lack of room in your digestive system. Especially if you eat to much too fast. This has been true for me, the worst part being, I'll eat too much then boom it just comes up without the chance to "feel" queezy. Good luck and feel better!

I'm almost 28 weeks and have severe heartburn that causes me to throw up. I also have a stuffy nose and today I feel like there is something tickling in my throat so I've been coughing all day. Other than that I don't feel sick.

I started to get the body aches and stuffed up nose and cough and nausea last night, today I'm very gassy too and my stomach aches even more. I have a feeling mines just a cold cuz when I take Tylenol cold and sinus most of my symptoms beside the congestion go away and the nausea. I know the nausea for me is just from the extra mucus that got into my stomach over night but have you tried Tylenol cold or sinus? I just got the combo one. The clinic Dr told me a while ago it's okay to take and honestly it's the only thing that works for me. If I don't take it I feel like absolute crap! And I work tomorrow so I need to get a handle on it lol.
