Is this normal?

I'm high risk for many reasons.. One is the baby is measuring smaller (4 pounds 3 oz)  & I have low fluids (7)... I'm 36 weeks & I feel like my stomach stopped growing (like getting bigger) & I feel like it's actually been shrinking the past 3 weeks... 😁 is this normal or no? Like here's a picture of when I was in the start of my third trimester & here's now (the pink sports bra)...
