Pineapple juice?

Is pineapple safe to drink while pregnant? That's all I've wanted lately. I'm 14.4 today 😊

My wife's cravings are pineapples! Our OB recommended it to relieve her constipation. Fruits are essentially safe during pregnancy, just stay away from those can make your poop real hard like bananas to avoid constipation (normal pregnancy symptoms) :)

Yeah I believe it's safe. There is an app called ovia  that gives u a list of foods that are ok and those that aren't also medications. It's a good pregnacy app but I use it mainly for foods.... recipes....meds...and that's it.

We did IVF and pineapple was recommended by our RE from day 1. I am 16w4d and eat pineapple or drink the juice a couple times a week. Totally safe and actually a very good fruit to enjoy!

Yeah my mom craved pineapple when she was pregnant with my brother and drank it all the time. My best friend also drank pineapple juice throughout her pregnancy
