I had a girl, then twin girls, and this baby is a boy. The girl pregnancies I had no acne and with little boy I had the worst rash/acne! Luckily it has cleared but for several months I couldn't even put makeup on it was so bad!

I break out when I'm not pregnant. When I am my face weirdly clears up but my eczema on the rest o my body gets worse.

I heard girls do that to you, but I've broken out horribly and I'm having a boy lol. I think this is a wives tale u can't really buy too much into! My list of wives tales was split down the middle boy/girl, and I look like I'm having a girl except my low bump.

Actually where I'm from they say that if your breaking out and having skin problems (oily, dry or dark spots) that it's a girl and she is stealing your beauty :)
