When did y'all tell...

Close family and friends that you were pregnant. (how far along)

I told my husband and my best friend/sister the day I found out at 3weeks 6days....which was yesterday lol and we aren't telling parents until 10 weeks (after we hear a strong heart beat) and everyone else friends and other siblings and family will find out at around 12 weeks. I'm a really private person and if anything happens I want to deal with it on my own and not have a lot of people know.

7wks, my husb called his mom & I called my parents then we posted to FB. We both have large families & didn't want to make over 50 phone calls. A few in his family were pissed they didn't get personal notification but they can get over it. Everyone in my family was overjoyed. 😊

Told immediate family a few days after we found out, right at 5 weeks. Telling a couple close friends next weekend at a girls dinner will be 7 weeks then. First appt is the 31st will be 8 weeks then. 
The way I see it, I can tell a couple close friends or not hang out with anyone for the summer as I'll be 3 months by the end of summer. We tend to get together for drinks and have fires throughout the summer and I know if I'm there not drinking every time someone is bound to say something.

Lol my husband immediately wanted to tell my parents! I have no idea why but he immediately wanted to drive over there and tell them. So we did! I was like the weeks. 
Then about a week or so later my family was at my parents and someone asked me if I wanted a beer and I said no (which isn't unusual) and my brother (who I'm super close to) followed me into the other room and asked if I had any thing to tell him. I said no but he read my mind and just hugged me and asked how fast along I was. Lol by the end of the day every one knew! 
This week though after my twelve week scan we'll be telling my aunt who is the only person in the close family that doesn't know (she's special needs and super sensitive so I didn't want to tell her just in case) it's her bday present! After she knows we'll make the official announcement.

I took a test Friday night and told my hubby. I took two more tests yesterday told his close side of the family. And telling my mom today..I'm 4wks 6days and ecstatic, first baby for hubby and I together

I told my three sisters last week when I was 10weeks.. I'm going to hold off telling anyone else till my next appointment which I'll be 14 weeks..
