I have full blown custody of my son because his father refused to take the parenting class 2 years ago when we got divorced,but I have never enforced not letting him see his father until last weekend because his current wife has drug charges on her and I've been told not to let him go or I can lose my rights for putting him in danger. We have a court hearing Wednesday for child support because he hasn't paid the court ordered in a year. They are trying to get me in trouble for not letting my son go. But what they fail to realize,he is in contempt of court by at least 6/7 things with our divorce papers. She thinks she is going to have me put in jail for this and bring all this up Wednesday. I don't know how all this works exactly either,I've never dealt with dhr until now. So any advice on my end would be greatly appreciated as well!
