What did you do???

Hey ladies I was certain last month was going to be our month to conceive. But of course af came with a vengeance!!! So my question is for those of you who are pregnant or recently got your BFP what did you do this Month or during that month you conceived??? Did you do anything different and how did you time BD????

I just got my BFP yesterday morning. I honestly did nothing thus past month besides logging what days hubby and I BD on. Previous cycle super stressed me out. Thought it was gonna be the month then got AF a week late. Decided to take a month break of tracking every thing. Only BD a few times (like maybe five or six times the whole month). Didn't think about TTC or tracking ovulation or anything else. AF was due on 7/8, last week been really tired, sore boobs, and heartburn. Took the test on a whim yesterday and BOOM. Will be taking a 2nd tomorrow to confirm and will be calling my Dr.
