Is this a line or indent?

Its hard to see. I know. But there is a line. I just want to know if y'all can see it and if you do, can you see color? We feel like we do and it stinks because I've started bleeding very heavily which isn't good. I had a miscarriage back in November and all the same symptoms as now.
