Top one had a line appear after the alotted time frame... Am I right to assume it's an evap line :/

Ok so its really early for me to be testing but i feel like i see a line. I dont see color to it though so it may be an evap. I tweaked it myself but honestly i dont know what i am looking for when i look at tweaked pics lol
