Vertigo while pregnant?

So ive been diagnosed with vertigo & im 30 weeks pregnant...its the worse feeling in the world. Im so independent, very active with my kids & now i can hardly get outta bed..not to mention my pregnancy has been going so smooth!...just want to know if anyone else is suffering with this?

Try Physical therapy.

Yes- it's terrible. Mine is connected to allergies and sinus issues so I try to keep that in check. There are "exercises" you can do to help you adjust.

Yep I am goin throu that.. Doc told me to make sure I am drinkin a lot of water... And staying hydrated
