So I had my little a week ago and I feel like I'm not producing enough by now.. I pump and bottle feed I am supplementing but he only gets maybe one ounce of breast milk a day 😕 I need advice on what I should try

Talk to your dr or the hospital you delivered at and they can suggest a lactation consultant. That would be the best thing to do and they can help you increase your supply.

I had issues with supply with my first and I started taking fenugreek supplements (can get them at GNC or most pharmacies). It really helps increase supply. However, it may not be for everyone and you should ask a professional what would be best for you and your baby.

How often are you pumping? And for how long? I'm an exclusive pumper and have a crazy amount of oversupply. Around the clock pumping is key to building supply those early days! It sucks, but it's worth it
