Sleeping on your belly

When are you meant to stop sleeping on your belly and back? I am a belly sleeper and know I'll have troubles sleeping when I can't be on my belly anymore but is there a time you're meant to stop sleeping on your belly? Am I causing any problems by sleeping on my belly at 11wks?
