Is this Implantation bleeding or spotting?? This is my first time ever getting this and I have seen other post like this but I'm not sure if I'm experiencing the same thing.. I have missed my period almost a week and I've been cramping as well .. When AF comes it normally is darker , but I mean my body could be changing too .... Please help - no negative comments please .
