Hey girls!

I've had irregular periods after I had my son who is now 5 years old. Well these past three months I've had what seemed to be a regular period. Only last month's period was just spotting for a week. We'll this period was suppose to come on the 9th and I'm officially 4-5 days late but since I have irregular periods I'm not sure what to think! When I first got pregnant with my son I went to a clinic to get a preg. Test on the day I was suppose to get my period but it was negative and the lady told me to wait 3 week and test again so I did and it was obviously a Bfp. So this time I'm thinking I should wait until the end of this month to test? My symptoms are lower back ache. Feel like my ovaries are getting stabbed (not as intense as it sounds doesn't last very long) and today I just feel like I have a heavy uteris if that makes any sense and it also feels like it may be like Idk like very slowly beating? Or slow like squeezing. I've never had this happen before to me

And if was wondering if anyone else is going through this? Or any input you ladies might have. Thanks in advance
