TTC after miscarriage

Don't really know where to post this.  We've been TTC for almost two years.  After a few visits to the hospital they told me to lose weight.  I've lost some weight and now my periods have started to regulate again.  Last month I got a positive pregnancy test but the next day I started to bleed heavily.  I regularly take ovulation tests and two weeks later (last week) I got a positive ovulation test.  Today I've been experiencing quite a bit of pain in my left side.  It's worse when I'm walking and I'm a bit concerned about it
