Is the cord around his neck?

I went for my monthly ultrasound with my obgyn. At the end, the doctor used the 4D function and took the following picture. The doc looked at the pic for 10 sec max. Anyways, I looked at the pic after I left the doctors office and it looks like the cord is around my baby's neck. Can someone  that's familiar with ultrasounds tell me that everything is okay? I'm a ftm and me and my husband are now a little concerned. Maybe it's not even the cord? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
