Anybody else getting winded easily?

Question

Walked up one flight of stairs and was out of breath. Got out of the shower and was breathing hard.

Yes. When I'm at work, by the time we get the beverage cart up the aisle I'm winded. I have to take a breather lol

Sometimes just sitting and reading aloud to my little one...have to take deep breaths to finish each page...yikes.

Yup! I am worried my asthma is flaring up with this after more than 5 years not needing my inhaler. It's sometimes hard to breathe just sitting!

Definitely. And was happening before I even knew I was pregnant! I went down a double slide at a playground with a friend and they commented how I was out of breath lol

Yes, I walk up stairs and I'm winded as well. I'm pretty active with working out so it's a little strange to me.
