Missed pill and had sex

I'm taking tri-sprintec. I always take my pill at 10:00am. My packet wasn't in my purse today so i didn't take my pill. After work today I went to my boyfriend's house and had unprotected sex and he came inside me, I had forgotten about missing my pill so I got home and was looking for my packet and couldn't find it anywhere it's completely lost(i think it fell off my purse) I already called to get a refill packet and I will pick it up tomorrow after 6:00pm. My question is how worried should I be about being pregnant? And also, how do I continue taking my pills after I pick them up? That's going to be two days of missed pills...do I take two pills tomorrow night?
