Making my body act pregnant????

So I just got off BC (Mirena) to TTC baby#2, baby danced about 1.5weeks later on what Glow estimated as 1st day of ovulation then went out out town. A week later feeling nauseous and getting cramps that feel like a pulled muscle all over my stomach n back throughout the day and my chest hurts when my daughter presses head down on me.
