Chinese food while pregnant
I'm having feelings of guilt because I've had chinese twice in the last week. Tonight and last Saturday. Hadn't had it since before I was pregnant and was really craving it. I ate LOTS of chicken and broccoli with that brown sauce. Do you think that sauce is safe or could there be Msg? I just read that msg is linked to autism and other neurological issues.
