How much do you all make when pumping and how long does it take? I thought I had a decent milk supply since I'm constantly leaking but when I pump I can only get less than 2 ounces and it takes me about 45 min. I've only been pumping for a few days and I'm drinking mothers milk tea and eating oatmeal. I'm trying to avoid fenugreek because I've heard it can cause gas and my girls are already prone.
