Nappy rash help !
My LO is teething and in the matter of one night there it was! A terrible painful red raw bottom I've been putting curash cream and powder on her but it looks so painful I want to get rid of it ASAP any ideas ?
I'm in Australia so some products you might recommend I might not have access too.
